ABOUT

I am passionate about my work as a trauma therapist and I continue to be in awe of the relentless resilience of the many trauma survivors I am honored to treat in my practice. I have personally experienced the endless gaps in a broken system that our soldiers and first responders with PTSD face. My family’s fight to overcome PTSD and our fight to compensate for the gaps in a flawed system now serves to light the path I follow in treating other veterans, first responders and trauma survivors in my practice.

As a therapist, I operate with transparency and purpose. My approach is straightforward — direct, but grounded in respect, compassion and lived experience. I believe in cutting through the noise to get to what matters.  I have an appreciation for dark humor because -frankly- sometimes, it's the best tool we've got. My personal journey and the healing that followed have deeply shaped and guided my work as a therapist.

Over time, I have learned to trust the therapeutic process which continues to prove that healing and personal growth are always possible- despite the curve balls life throws your way.
